I ...Eileen, <br />Again, I love your nightly round up. <br />I am thinking of incorporating something similar into my blog or starting up the old journaling habit (which never stuck) again. <br />I can't tell you how often during the day I think of my own "categories" and goals and qualify whether or not I took a step forward or evaluated my plans for the day based on a larger picture.
